Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities by researching the market to reach out to potential targeted customers to introduce our services and solutions
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with customers to upsell
  • Report to management team about customer feedback, market condition, competitor activities and new product/service potential
  • Participate on behalf of the company in seminars, exhibitions and expos
  • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve better results

Requirements

  • At least 2-4 year working experience in sales especially in SME segment (Prefer with banking background)
  • Proven experience in customer relation, after sales, negotiation, presentation and meeting sales goal
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Applications such as PowerPoint and Word
  • LCCI level 2 holder (Prefer LCCI level 3)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Management/Administration
